Hardware Upgrade

17″ Dual Core MacBook Pro came home today. It’s very, very nice. I love the backlight keyboard effect.

Nice! Congratulations. I’m completely impressed with my recent Mac purchase. Hope you get the same benefits I have. They keyboard light was something that really surprised and impressed me. There are a lot of “little things” that are just completely cool about these machines.

It is nice to have a top of the line laptop again. I’ve been getting by on a little 12″ iBook G4 for the past 18 months or so. I haven’t had the high end of the line since I picked up the very first Ti Powerbook back in 2001.

I’m still shocked just how fast compiling java is on the machine.
